Calculating Your Bonus
Bonuses are a major draw, but they come with wagering requirements that you must meet before you can withdraw any winnings. Let’s go through a realistic example. Suppose the casino offers a 100% match bonus up to $200 on your first deposit. You decide to deposit $100. The casino credits you with a $100 bonus, giving you a total bankroll of $200.
Now, the wagering requirement is typically 35x the bonus amount. So, the total amount you need to wager is calculated as:
Wagering requirement = Bonus amount × Wagering multiplier
Wagering requirement = $100 × 35 = $3,500
This means you need to place bets worth a total of $3,500 across eligible games before your balance becomes withdrawable. Please note that the deposit amount itself does not usually carry a wagering requirement, only the bonus. Also, different games contribute differently to the wagering requirement. Slots typically count 100%, while table games like blackjack or roulette may count only 10% or even 0%. For example, a $10 bet on slots counts as $10 towards the $3,500, but a $10 bet on blackjack might count as just $1.
Let’s look at a second scenario to illustrate the effect of game contributions. If you play only blackjack, which contributes 10%, then the effective wagering requirement becomes:
Effective wagering requirement = $3,500 / 0.10 = $35,000
That’s ten times the original requirement, so always read the game contribution percentages in the terms. Also, check the maximum bet limit while wagering – often capped at $5 per spin or hand. Bets above this limit may void your bonus.
Finally, be aware of the bonus expiry. Most bonuses last 7 days from activation. After that, any unused bonus funds and associated winnings are removed. So plan your play accordingly.
Payment Methods
Blubet offers several deposit and withdrawal options to cater to players from different regions. The table below summarizes the most common methods, processing times, and any applicable fees. Note that banking hours and internal verification may affect these times.
| Method | Type | Minimum Deposit | Withdrawal Time | Fees |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Visa/Mastercard | Credit/Debit Card | $20 | 2–5 business days | 0% (but your bank may charge) |
| E-wallets (e.g., Skrill, Neteller) | Digital Wallet | $10 | Within 24 hours | 0% |
| Bank Transfer | Direct Wire | $50 | 3–7 business days | Possible intermediary fees |
| Prepaid Cards (e.g., Paysafecard) | Voucher | $10 | Not available for withdrawal | N/A |
| Cryptocurrency (e.g., Bitcoin) | Blockchain | $20 | Instant to 1 hour | Network fee (miner fee) |
To make a deposit, go to the cashier section, choose your method, enter the amount, and confirm. Withdrawals are usually processed to the same method you used for the deposit, as a fraud prevention measure. Always ensure your account is verified before requesting a withdrawal to avoid delays. For e-wallet and crypto withdrawals, the processing is faster, but for card and bank transfers, expect a few business days for the funds to appear.
Licence & Player Protection
The casino operates under a Curacao licence, which is a common jurisdiction for online gaming. This means that the casino follows certain standards for fairness and security, but it is not as strict as the Malta Gaming Authority (MGA) or UK Gambling Commission. For players in the EU or Nordic countries, there is an important tax implication: winnings from a Curacao-licensed casino may be subject to local income tax. Unlike winnings from an MGA or locally licensed casino, which are often tax-free, you might need to declare and pay tax on your winnings. It is your responsibility to know and comply with your local tax laws. As a user tip, consider this when deciding how much to play and what to do with your winnings.
Player protection features include deposit limits, self-exclusion, and time-out periods. These can be set in your account settings. Additionally, the casino uses SSL encryption to protect your financial and personal data. Always remember to gamble responsibly, and seek help from organisations like Gamblers Anonymous if you feel you might have a problem.
Support Guide
Reliable customer support is crucial. Here are common scenarios and how to resolve them, along with the expected response times.
Scenario 1: Forgotten Password
Click on \”Forgot Password\” on the login page. Enter your registered email address and follow the reset link sent to you. If you don’t receive the email within 10 minutes, check your spam folder or contact support to have the email resent.
Scenario 2: Deposit Not Credited
First, check your bank or e-wallet to confirm the transaction was successful. Then, wait up to 30 minutes as some methods are slower. If the funds still don’t appear, contact support with your transaction ID and a screenshot of the confirmation. They will investigate and usually resolve it within 24 hours.
Scenario 3: Withdrawal Pending for Longer Than Expected
Withdrawals can take up to 48 hours for processing before leaving the casino. If it exceeds that, first verify that your documents have been approved. If they have, contact support with your withdrawal ID and ask for an update. They should provide a specific reason for any delay.
Scenario 4: Bonus Not Applied
Ensure you have accepted the bonus before making a deposit. If you used a bonus code, confirm it was entered correctly. If the bonus still isn’t applied, contact support before you play any game, as playing might void the bonus.
Scenario 5: Game Not Loading
Try clearing your browser cache and disabling any ad blockers. Also, check if your browser is up to date. If the issue persists, try a different browser or device. If it still fails, contact support and mention the specific game and error message.
Scenario 6: Self-Exclusion or Account Closure
If you need to self-exclude, go to your account settings and select the self-exclusion option. You can choose a period from 6 months to permanent. If you want to close your account entirely, contact support, and they will guide you through the process. Note that any remaining balance will be returned to you after verification.
Pro Tips: Handling a Delayed Withdrawal
If your withdrawal is delayed beyond the stated processing time, follow these steps. First, determine the exact delay. If it’s been more than 24 hours after the processing period (e.g., after 72 hours total), it’s time to act. For e-wallets, if you haven’t received funds within 24 hours of “processed” status, that’s unusual.
Step 1: Check your verification status – unverified accounts often get withdrawals held. Complete KYC as soon as possible.
Step 2: Contact support via live chat for an immediate answer. Ask for a specific resolution time.
Step 3: If live chat is unavailable, email support with your full name, username, and withdrawal ID. Request an update and state that you will escalate the matter if not resolved within 48 hours.
Step 4: If after 72 hours you have no response or a satisfactory resolution, consider filing a complaint with the Curacao Gaming Control Board. Also, check online forums – sometimes other players have experienced the same issue and can offer advice on the best contact.
Remember, never disclose your password or sensitive information to anyone, including support – legitimate support will never ask for your password.
